A few days ago a client of ours started having issues calling out over their Analogue trunks. Inbound still works and no alarms are in the 9.1.7 system. When tracing outbound the system accesses the trunk and appears to be calling out but the user hears nothing. When an analogue phone is connected directly to the line calls can be placed out. When programming line appearances on the phones, when pressed no dial tone is heard. We've tried soft and hard reboots but still no luck. We will be going out with a test system to determine hardware or carrier issue, but was hoping someone else may have come across this issue before.
