Hi All,
I have a polycom soundstation connected to an analogue port off of my CS1000.
Dialing in/out - no problem, but if the caller hangs up, the call stays connected (no new dial tone).

Anyone heard of this and knows how to fix?

when the caller hangs up do you eventually get the disconnect tone? are you using media gateways?

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

Have you tried plugging the conf unit into a different port? See if the fault follows the unit. Could be a faulty TN. Might be worth resetting the card or changing the TN.

Thank you all.
Was able to remedy the problem by adding LDTA to the Class.
Found this helpful hint here from 2009 so i tried it and line answers & drops like a champ!

Thank you all

That's odd, LDTA should not be required on a Polycom.
