Analogue Line Unable to call out 3

Hi All

I have a analogue line that has been setup on a wireless phone , you can call it but unable to make calls from it.
There is dial tone when you select the phone and it calls the digits you want , then returns back to dial tone

Any ideas

what kind of phone are you using?
Is it allowed to make outgoing calls?

These are standard BT wireless phones , yes it should be able to call out fine , but it aint

have you tested the port at the demark?.. and the phone on a known good port? either will help isolate the cause. is your tn programed dtn.. that can cause those symptoms..if you don't have dtn you don't pick up a dtmf reciever and the switch can't translate the dtmf

Check what tgar + ncos it has . It may be using an ncos that bars outbound calls.

is the phone itself decadic, (dial pulse) or DTMF,
the CLS = DTN which is for DTMF tones
