Analogue extensions low volume

Hi Guys,

I have an IP office V2 6.0(18) ISDN 2e Lines (BRI)not PRI with an analogue extension module. There are many different analogue extension handsets such as Interquartz also radius 350 POTs Phones but all of the users are complaning about the volume.
Does anyone know if I can turn up the gain on analoue extensions so that the volume on handset can be louder?

Is the trouble only apparent on external calls, or does if affect internal calls as well?

Hi mforrence,

I believe this issue is only external calls plus another issue, which dosent help is the room can get noisy as there is 10 users (Ladys) selling in a small open plan office.
