Analogue extension Board Install

Hi all

OK my problem is that I've installed a DIGSTA8/ATM4 board (8 analogue phones and 4 analogue trunks) into a system. Its in slot 4.

Software version is 8.1 (65).

Now my expectation was that it would create the new extensions and trunks, but it hasn't. The board is seen by the system.

Am I doing something wrong ? or what action do I need to take to create those extensions and trunks

Unplug the card, power down then power up the unit without the card.
Wait untill its booted then upplug the power reseat the card and power up again.
