Analogue connection to D/120JCT boards

We have 4 D/120JCT-LS cards connected to 3 FALC cards (48 ports). The TN's show like this:

If we connect more than 4 cables of the connector cable (6 in total) the server crashes....
Anyone knows what might be a solution?

Also sometimes the ports hang after playback, even after setting CLS LDTA. Might the CLS FDSA be a solution for this?

I'm still wandering what I'm doing here
