analog trunk transfers and conference

Dear all;
i have a problem with our Mxone 6.0 system , i have two analog trunks , if i make two outgoing calls by a digital or operator extension
if i join the two trunks on conference or make a transfer , the two called parities hear a big noise like the sound of modems , and they have a very weak voice call in the background of the noise ,
