Hi,
i have done this requirement at Enterprise level on Avaya, but would like to know how to go about it on Avaya Ip office
1) Have two sites connecting by SCN.
2) users should only be able to dial site to site --- which is working fine
3) Client wants to restrict users at either end to connect to outside analog trunk lines, or conference with external lines.
to make it simple, any user at site A with Site B should talk only between the two sites, they should not be able to dial any external number and join in the conference, nor forward their calls..

1) Okay
2) Okay
3a) User's calls in an SCN are only routed to trunks on the system hosting the user unless you configure something otherwise so don't configure it.
3b) Blocking inter site conferencing/forwarding I don't think can be done - but I would have to ask why you want an SCN but not the benefits of an SCN. If this is an attempt to create some kind of multitenacy then you're doomed.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

HI,
Right.. At some places people misuse this facility and at some locations this is not allowed..
what is this feature about Restrict Network interconnect? wherein i can define Private and Public trunks .. will this work?
If i define SCN trunk as private and analog trunk as public??
