Analog trunk through Avaya digital phone, volume go up and down

Hi guys, thank you for helping me before.

We has 7.05 IP Office 500 v2 with only one combo card. 4 analog lines connected to all of 4 analog trunk ports.

Customer has 9504, 1416 and also use analog phone connected to analog station port.


The issue is when pick up the external calls, the volume of the call goes up and down, not steady.

Try using atest set on all the trunks and see if your having the volume problem.. You say your having it on all phones including a plain analog phonr correct?
If line check out good them maybe replave the Combo card they have been know to have issue with analog trunks.
