when we have a pulse dialing telephone on an ONS card and catches an analog trunk to make a call with outside,we have a delay for outgoing voice after connection, whrease the delay is equal to "inter-digit timer ( 3-60 sec)" in COS (Class Of Service) of that extension. On other hand we have to set this time to at least 25 sec because of illegal access of trunks(not allowed customers get a trunk and after dialing a part of their number wait to expire "inter-digit timer"and then without any restriction dial rest of number).is there any solution for this problem?

I can't make sense of your question, sorry.

Best guess, you need to fully define your ARS digits Dialed by adding X's for unknown digits instead of using Number of digits to follow. You havent offered your SW version so your system may be incapable of this modification. All ARS entries would then have 0(Zero) digits to follow.

This modification would force the system to collect all digits before seizing a trunk.

Thanks kwbMitel
Our SW version:SX-2000 Light,Software:MS2013-FUK-00,Edition SX.U03.9.9
Also we have used Second Dial Tone because number of trunks is very less than stations.
Another question:for some trunks when I use Individual Trunk Access it shows "0 IS BUSY" instead of showing complete dialed number with that trunks, and with command "Resource <PLID of that trunk>" it says undefined caller party.what do you think?

individual trunk access is only a trouble shooting tool and not something you normally use. I don't believe it shows the number dialed because once you dial the individual trunk access code your are directly connected to the central office. Therefore the SX2000 is not really part of the call and doesn't collect or show any digits. If someone is already on a trunk when you try to access it you will of course get busy. To use it you dial the code then the f digit trunk number and boom you get CO dial tone.
