I am having a ring no answer issue connecting an analog line off of a TN793B circuit pack (S8500 cm4) in to a 12-port Dialogic board. When the line is connected to a single line phone it tests fine.
Am I missing something in the station setup that the Dialogic needs to answer?

This is so easy and driving me nuts also the server side is confirmed correct.

Is there one long ring or 2 short ones

Normal rings. Would have anything to do with a analog station setting?

Which Dialogic card?
Also, have you tried setting the station up as a VMI port instead of a 2500?

Dialogic Model#0335D120JCTLSEW. And no I have not tryed building the stations ae VMI. What would be the difference?

A D120 JCT is a good card, I have had no issues with these.

VMI (Voice Mail Integration) port send the inband DTMF steering digits specified in system mode code. It also does some other things regarding how recall and ring works. I have just re-read your post, you have CM4, not sure if mode code was still there on this release.
How are you integrating the VM? is it IP?

No VM it's a OSI voice capture HP-DL180 server with a Dialogic board for inbound. I can get a SL phone to ring and and answer. But when it's plugged in to the server no answer and the vendor claims everything is set.

We shipped it back for the vendor so they can test it out or I would try the VMI config out. I have never ran in to this in my 20-years and just wanted to see if anyone else has came across the issue.

What vintage is the board. There was an issue with adjunts around version 5. You should have a version 6 or higher.
