Must Pair SET TN with ATA TN for example:
4 0 0 0 for 3900 SET and 4 0 0 16 for ATA
4 0 0 1 for 3900 SET and 4 0 0 17 for ATA
4 0 0 2 for 3900 SET and 4 0 0 18 for ATA
4 0 0 3 for 3900 SET and 4 0 0 19 for ATA (Etcetera)

Follow wiring diagram that comes with ATA (Cross Connect ATA TN to ATA)

Programming for ATA TN:

1. Program new 3900 set on ATA TN in LD 11....if SET is 3904 then matching TN for ATA has to be 3904 etc.
2. Program CLS for FLXA press "enter"
3. Program CLS for CPTD press "enter"
4. Program CLS for VCE press "enter"
5. Program Key 0 scr "unused DN" press "enter"
6. Press "enter" until phone changes take
7. You can then go back and change the DN to match the DN on Key 0 on the matching SET.
8. Plug your Clapper Bell into RJ11 jack on ATA...."RING RING RING" will somebody!...anybody!...answer the damn phone!
9. Plug your lamp into lamp connection on ATA for blinking light notification of ringing for the old timer Hard Rockers that can only hear a constant ringing in the ear.

Correction to line "(Cross Connect ATA TN to ATA)" above.

The ATA TN does not need to be cross connected as the ATA TN rides on the SET TN circuit wiring. The ATA TN is MUXed through the connection on the back of the phone to the ATA hardware.
