I'm getting two ways to do this: pn-8lcad + pn-4rstf and pn-4llcb + pw122. Have the first way installed. (8lcad in len 00047-55 and rstf in len 00056) C200 (cm14)assigned and cm04.01.02 turned on,and I'm getting nothing. What am I missing? We have a t1 with fully functioning cid on the dterms but want to add it to some analogs stations.

Ok so a few problems with your question. The IVS only takes 4 port cards, Cmd 14 didn't come in till the IPS and command 04.1.02 sounds more like an IPK command as the command structure for the IVS doesn't follow that format.

What have you actually got?

My apologies that should be IPS! And 04.01.02 is listed as a related command (purpose of cid) I inherited this 2000 recently and have been trying to get up to speed. THanks

Ok so the format normally used for commands is a command number, this consists of an XXYY (or even YYY and in some cases no yy at all) component which in this case becomes Cmd 0401 then there is a data entry followed by a first data which in this case is 02 followed by a data entry which would then display a setting data. this is where you would enter new setting data followed by an execute. So we would refer to this as Cmd 0401 de 02 de and I am assuming this is set to 0 as you say it is turned on.

Check cmd 1220 de Extn No de it should be set to 1 for each extn
Check cmd 08 de 507 de it should be set to 1

See if you can get your hands on a feature programming manual as that is a step by step guide to programming virtually anything!

See how that helps and get back to us

Wow! Thanks to OzzieGeorge I was just missing that one piece to the puzzle. Needed 1220 to turn it on to each ext. Thanks very much, working fine! One more item that troubles me (off this thread I know) I somehow deleted one of the voice mail ports (on len 00000 through 00003 even though the modem analog line is terminated on 00000) They are listed as dterm type (ext 4090, through 4093. I somehow deleted 4091 on 00001 and when I add it back it doesn't pick up. ring-no answer. Have looked for the other three in acd and hunt groups but just can't find out what I'm missing. Any pointers that could get me going in the right direction? Thanks again.

Ok so have you added it back into the group? If you have, check Cmd 9000 and compare the key layout with another VM port extn as it needs certain keys in certain locations in order to function correctly. If you haven't put it back in the group it can either be a hunt group or a UCD group (depends on the original programmer's preference) so you can list them using Cmd 173 de de de and so on or 183 de de etc. Check the manual for reassignment as there can be a couple of steps if it is a UCD group Cmds 17y and 18y. Any problems, get back to us.

Thanks OzzieGeorge. Finally got time to get back to this project. Was missing "mail digital station" class 2, page 3 matworx. Working now. Thanks again!
