analog port will not "hunt"

I have sixteen ports, used mainly for an autoatendent. For some strange reason the Hunt sequence stops at the third port. If i call the third port directly, while busy (or any port there-after, while busy)I get a busy signal. Port 1 will continue the hunt if port 2 is busy stops at 3rd port).

(the next port is programmed as above with the exception of dn 5072 and a hunt of 5073 and so on......) Is there a card in the switch I should check or some test I could run to help me fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

change the CFTD prompt to CFTA ( call fwd and hunt by type allowed) in the CLS of the 3rd and additional sets

I agree with Cmawbey ; and i suggest put in cls SFA ;(by no answer) .

That what I have found too. The Nortel product only support 2nd level call forwarding, which means it will only HUNT 2 levels of ring no answer. If you had HUNT GROUPS then you could do what you want, but that is not a supported feature in the USA.

I am night-call-forwording to 5068 through an ACD que which holds our main line. Now I've seen some posting for the Hunt group feature which only exists in the U.K. Is there something similar for the U.S? (Which is were I'm located).
