Analog phone wont open DOC

Hello All
I have a doorphone with a DOC that has been working wonderfully for a few years now. I installed an analog cordless phone on an ATA today. Phone rings when doorphone is activated no problem and can converse with party outside. Digit '6' will not open door however. Digit '6' and the 'open' softkey work from all the digital sets tho. Any ideas?

DOCs have dip switches that can be set to choose which digit opens the door. There are also 4 other settings:
[ul]
[li]Open the door when the doorphone call is answered[/li]
[li]Open the door when the doorphone call is released[/li]
[li]Open the door when the doorphone button is pressed[/li]
[li]Don't open the door[/li]
[/ul]

Maybe one of these settings will work for you.

Norstar Door phones can not be opened with an analog phone. If it's important to open with an analog phone you will have to switch to an analog door phone.
