Analog Phone VM Notification

My old Northern Telecom System notified users of Voicemail messages by a studder tone. This system notifies using a ring back. This is anoying but and my users hate it. Is there another option for analog phones for voicemail notification?

Use an analog phone with a Message Waiting light and it will illuminate when the user has a message.

be carefull which alog phones you use. I have had a problem with BT display alog phones where we couldn't get CLI and MW to work at the same time. It would only do one or the other!
