we have ipo 403 & 406 units on several sites.
the user has to press the hold button twice or 3 times to place the call on hold. this doesn't happen every time. but it does re-occur. its not user error as we have seen the problem ourselves on our own system.
this problem has turned up on several sites.
the user may have to press the recall / hold button 2 /3 times before the call actually gets put on hold.
it has reappeared on every version we have installed / upgraded from 1.3x to 2.1.24
this has happened with every analog phone we have tried.

when we use an alchemy analog module the problem doesn't occur.
tried different flash hook pulse widths on the extension tab, same result.
any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
