have cm 8.1. looking for an analog phone to place in a hospital patient room that will answer itself, on speakerphone, when it has an incoming call. this will be used by patients who cannot physically pick up a handset, or press a button to answer a phone call. would also be interested in any other options that would accomplish the same thing. thanks!

AT&T (Lucent/Avaya) had an analog phone with an auto-answer feature, the 8110 Set. You can still find refurbished models around but I'm not aware of other analog phones with an auto-answer feature.
