Analog Lines not ringing busy in hunt group

On a BCM 400, I've got 3 analog lines setup in a hunt group. I've setup Linear with Busy Signal if Busy both in the hunt group and on each line. But when callers call in it just rings if all lines are busy.

I've even tried setting it in queue mode but the same thing happens. Any ideas? Thanks, Nic

You need to have an appear and ring key on the phone it will only be busy if they are on that key as soon as it is on an intercom key the extension is not seen as busy by the hunt group.

But these are analog lines. They are hooked to a computer for our Voice Response system. Does this work also on analog lines?

You are confusing us by saying Analog Lines (Trunks) do you mean Analog Stations?
