I have a problem with a IP 5000 v2 running 6.0.44 core software and voicemail Pro 6.0.44. The problem is that when ever any of the calls go to voicemail once the caller clears the call the analog lines hang for about 100 seconds.It only seems to happen when the calls are answered by VM.If you ring in and hang up before VM kicks in the lines are ok.
I have checked the disconnect clear box is checked and also changed the disconnect times to various setting but to no affect. Mt distributor has said to get BT to change their line setting,but I think it is an issue with the VM.Why do the lines clear ok except when they reach VM.
