Customer has 12 analog lines, on an ATM 16 module.
They regularly get lines that stay up, but now they've been reporting troubles when using account codes for long distance calls. There is a beep, and when they enter their code, 50% of the time they get a "wrong password" greeting, or nothing happens. They have to enter the code multiple times or hang up and try again.
It is my only customer with an ATM16, others who have analog either have ATM4 daughter cards or combos. I've been suspecting the provider from the get go, since they're in a remote area where the infrastructure is old, but of course, it used to be fine with their old Panasonic (not suprised, those were unbreakable).
So now I have two wild cards in the equation. Anybody aware of troubles on an ATM16? IPO 9.0.0(829)
