Analog lines disconnect after AA transfer to HG

New issues have popped up with some analog lines dropping calls after the AA transfers the call to a hunt group. It's not every call, but occurs 3 to 6 times daily. I have increased the disconnect time and increased the gain on each line. As this is a new issue with these lines that have been in service for over 18 months, I assume something has changed on the telco's end, but they insist nothing has changed. Any suggestions on what else I can do?

I suspect that you do not have call queuing enabled on the group & all members are busy

this would also cause calls to be dropped with ISDN or SIP

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

After watching this issue, it's hard to say what's really going on. I moved the HG to the local PBX and that keeps the calls from dropping, however, the calls now get stuck in the HG queue as the HG can't seem to connect to the extensions listed in the HG. In the SysMonitor, it acts like it is timing out, but if I watch the System Status Active Calls, I see the VCM connections pop in and out rapid-fire.

The PBXs are all interconnected by PTP fiber @ 10Mbps and the bandwidth isn't spiking, so I doubt it's a connection issue. Any other ideas?
