Analog line not getting voicemail on server edition?

Hello everyone,

I have a server edition on latest R10 version with IPO 500V2 with module 16 analog trunk.

Here is the issue i have. when we call a line that goes to a VM menu everything is working fine VM is answering the call, but when we call a line that goes directly to a user extension the voicemail of that user never pickup the call and just keep ringing and ringing..

Everything work fine when dialing internaly the user , call goes to voicemail.

It is doing the same thing with all 16 lines in that system...

Any tips will be appreciate!

All users are into server edition, All hunt are into server edition, ICR are in IPO500 expansion no choice because all analog line are into the 500 expansion..

They only thing i have left to do as test is to create a user into the 500 unit and then propgram a line appearance and ring on that extansion, i dont see anything else for that issue
