Having some weird issues. 8.1.63 rev with Verizon copper trunks. All 6 trunks are showing many "trunk out of service" errors. Sometimes the client reports extensions ringing with nobody on the other end. I have all CA buttons, no LA. Also, it is a small office and all extensions ring through HG main. They do not use an AA during the day so outside calls cannot route themselves. I know these trunks are at over 20,000 feet from the CO. Impedance mathcing selects 120+820||110mF. Have no idea if that means anything. Any ideas?

I think I found those back from June. But they were all FiOS lines. These are true POTS. And nobody reported the OOS errors. I will upgrade to .69 today. ABout all I can do for now. The thing is the phantom calls are transfers as you get the 2 beeps then the ring.

I had these same issues with straight POTS trunks running on 8.0.42.
I've had no customer call backs in about 6 months so I'm guessing it could be a carrier issue.
