This question may sound stupid and I really feel bad about asking you this question guys.... :|

HOW DO WE configure analog line on a BCM400 3.7... No problems on the 4.0? or bcm50 2.0+ but I have no clue where is the configuration menu on the 3.7.....

Is there a TELSET User/password available that will allow me to configure this over the phone like config/config on Norstar?

Please help since it says on the BCM manual to try FCT 9*8 but it doesn't work either....

Thanks...

There is a telset method. Nortel frowns on it, but I never had a problem. Ftr**config, but it's a different SYSTEM.

Doesn't work.. It stays on the display Feature: **266344 and the PWD doesn't show up...

Bcm 3.7 does not use F9*8

I will assume you have the card installed in the BCM with the correct DIP Switch settings for the Bus.
Open up Unified Manager-Configure-username/password.
when you have logged in
then click on RESOURCE - module- select the module according to the DIPSWITCH bus setting you enabled.

Set the card for Loop(Trunk setting) and what ever other settings you need for your country.
Enable the card.

Then Go to services-Telphony-Lines-Active lines.
Hopefully you will see your lines
Set your lines as required( standard BCM settings)

nah....

Under the telephony menu, LINES does not appear, the only ones available are Backup & restore.

But I do confirm that line are ok since I did apply these from the initial template...

But have you checked your card settings.
Was this card already installed and in use
Do you have other lines WORKING on this card
Is this card new and not installed yet.

Check the working line numbers eg: start at 065 or start at 095.

Are you expanding Telephony Services?
If yes, and all you see is Backup/Restore, you got a java problem.
Two solutions:
1) install the java patch on the BCM
2) use a lower version of java on your PC.
