is there any restrictions that would prevent an IPO analog Ext from COVERING and or BRIDGED another extension?

Analog phones have no button assignments beyond one extension. You can twin them to an extension or create a group. A better explanation of what your trying to do would help.

Well this isn't a very loud shop so I put a loud external Bell above the 9611 and I was trying to make it ring at the same time that the extension was ringing so I tried covering and also bridge. It works for a while and then all of a sudden stopped and I can't get it to work again so I didn't know if there were some sort of strange restrictions for analog

I do this all the time with loud ringers and ringer strobe lights. Internal twinning set on the user toward the extension of the analog ringer does the trick perfectly.

The one thing I have found with twining LRAs. They only will alert the first call appearance. So if someone is on the phone it won't alert the second call appearance.
