Analog/Fax Logging for CDR (Genesis)

Hi,
We are using Genesis for CDR.
It works very well for voip extensions however it is not receiving the logging from IP Office for the fax lines.

Any idea if it is possible to turn on logging for analog/fax lines for CDR ?
