Hello,
i have a problem with my analog extn with Release 9.0.2.0.
Scenario: when i make a call outside( Dial 9 and Mobile No) the party does not answer my call. i hangup the phone after few seconds the phone will ring back. when i answer i can hear continuous busy tone. it is happening only in analog extensions. i am using analog trunk lines to make calls. can anyone help me to resolve this. please...

Regards,
Jerom

You aren't hanging up the calls properly, you are flicking the switch with your finger and making the next call (I'd wager). Doing this is a hook flash and how analogue handsets initiate transfers, so when you end the call the first call that you in fact held for transfer and didn't actually hangup rings back as a hold reminder :)

Jerom, you can solve the "isssue" explained by Amriddle holding the hook about 1 second.

Hi amriddle01 & B3rn4rd8
after i make the call i just hang up the receiver of the analog phone, and after few seconds it will ring back....!!

I think that this is voicemail callback. Maybe user's "name" was recorded as busy signal...

Hi all,
I got it resolved from upgrading R8 to R9.
