Analog DID problem

I just did a port from verizon analog DID to a Patec (CLEC) analog service. I have 3 digits from the lec and wink start. The call will ring thru to the correct extension but when you pickup sometimes it disconnects or sometimes it takes 19-15 seconds to disconnect. But in all cases it will disconnect. The old service was set to rotary so I changed it to DTMF. Happens on all DID trunks(4) on all DID numbers (10). Any ideas? Thanks
 
Make sure your settings match your Telco's settings. If there is still an issue, check the error log for that particular DID card, and check Telco to see what they are showing. Might try reversing the polarity on the DID trunks as well as a test.

When your customer had the service changed to Paetec how did they bring in the DID trunks: the same pairs, new pairs, or T1 CHANNEL BANK? You want to verify the jumpers and polarity of the trunks.

Thanks guys, I reversed the T&R and Patec reset the channel bank and then the Merlin started working. Thanks for the help. If you ever need help on a Comdial let me know. Thanks again
