Two IPO's networked via point to point in the US. I have a fax machine using a station port off one of the IP Offices and assigned a DID. The DID is from the PRI at the other end of the network. So when I go to fax out I go over the network, get dial tone and then can not complete the transaction. I place an analog phone on the same connection call goes through no problem. Thoughts?

You need to enable Fax support on the IP lines.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

through our provider? or is this a programming step in the IPO?
