Does anyone know what I might be missing on this ARS short code built on a 4.0 (5) SOE that has an SCN (route 10) to the PRi on a 406V2 4.0(5)?
The goal is to call a long distance number from a cordless analog phone and have the short code either insert the code at the end of the dial string or allow the user to manually enter the four digit ld code once the LD carrier "please enter your account code now" tone is received.
I have tried multiple variations with no success.
Here is the latest...
Code: 91N;
Feature: Dial
Telephone number: 91NY2300 (2300 is the account code) I've also tried (91N,,,2300) (91NC,,2300)(91N#C2300) and so on...
Line Group ID: 10 (this is an IP line over SCN to the 406V2's PRI)
Note: the analog devices' DTMF tones are working fine as the SSA active call log sees the 2300 when manually dialed BUT does not allow the DTMF tones through for the ld call to carry on...Bottom line is that no analog device (or the fax machine) can make ld calls because they cannot break the LD code tone. So building it into the short code was my intended work around....
