Anyone have a recommendation on a good analog cordless phone that can support transfer (even with ** extension).

It would be cool if we can program some park slots on there as well.

The distance isn't very long, we had a 900mhz cordless on our old panasonic and it worked fine. (it is a digital cordless phone and won't work on the current IP Office)

Any analog phone will work the same. You will have to use short codes to park/pickup. If you want a phone with features, look into the D160 DECT phones for the IPO. Then you can program buttons on the phone itself. It is a SIP connection to the IPO, so you need vcm.

Does anyone have an analog that they recommend?

Gigaset, Panasonic, just the ones i can think of. Gigaset is quite reliable if you don't buy the cheapest, Panasonic works but is too plastic for me...
