Analog clip for MX-One

Hi, I have a TSW 3.0 , and I want to config a analog extenssion with clip, but I don't know what parametes I have to config.

there is a PARAMETER ICAT in EXTEI - by default is 00000 - make it 80000 - and u have clip - also check LIDAP!!

In MX-One the default ICAT is 0000000, what would be the digit to change to 8?

if D1 is 8 this will enable CLIP or not
D5 controls signalling (FSK,DTM)
D6 controls when the CLIP is sent
D7 enables ASCII character filter or not

no, but there exists a special prom which should enable this functionality. officially it is only supported on ELU34

there's no such thing as TSW 3.0 so...

if you have Telephony server (TSE)

please post: ts_about and license_status


if you have Telephony switch (TSW aka BC13)

please post: CADAP; and LIDAP;

mmm, you don't have the license, but you have trial though.
Are you trying this on ELU29? chances are big that the ICAT change is only accepted for the ELU34.

Hi i have a question for whosrdaddy regarding special eprom for Elu29 does it have a RYS number? and i want to ask the ELU29 has different index number for each market is a card for market /2 changeble to other market by firmware change or is it an hardware issue?

If I remember correctly you can change the prom (I think it was for chinese market - but I can be wrong) to enable the functionality. do a forum search, there are some related posts about this subject.

thanks for quick replay!!! i will do a search on forum regarding clip on elu29 how about the country index is it changable by switching firmware or is it country dependent hardware that sets the index of card?

I´ve tested ELU29/11 on TSW SP3 and it provides DTMF CLIP to analogue telephones, i guess it should be the same as TSE 3.1. ICAT parameter is 8000100.
