Analog caller ID

I have a wirless analog phone that has caller ID capability. What do I have to change in the switch/station for this to work?

I dont think an analog phone will work on the caller id system because it is a digital switch.

I think I've solved my own question. Apparently you need a 24-Port Analog Line Circuit Card - TN793B which supports caller ID on 8.2 and later.

I currently have TN764B cards.

Oh well.

Once you've installed the TN793B card, the phone type is CallrID, and you should put Y for the Display Caller ID and Caller ID Message Waiting Indication fields on the first page.
