I am creating a simple grouped list report and it is perfectly running. Now, i would like to swap the rows and columns, can anyone suggest any idea.

For ex: If the following is the list report

Column1 Column2 Column3
----------------------------
1 ssjksf 132
asfafs 123
2 asfsdf 234
asfsdf 234

I want it like this
Col1 Col2 Col3 Col1 Col2 Col3
----------------------------------- and so on.
1 ssjksf 132 2 asfsdf 234
asfafs 123 asfsdf 234

Any suggestions:
Thanks in advance.

step 1 : create a simple list with your 3 columns.
Step 2 : in the menu Report-Query,data, click on built crosstab
Step 3 : put in the column part a blank value and in the cell part your 3 column.

To build a cross-tab you cannot have blank for either row or column. You can never build a cross-tab with blank columns or rows. Other suggestions are welcome.

Thanks

You can make it by creating a calculed field with a value String ''

When i pull a field from the row to the cell the field changes to count(field) all the time. Even though i edit the field it is still the same. What to do?

Hey cgradeck,

And moreover the data is not displayed the way i expect. Can you give me your personal mail-id so that i can clearly mail you the details.

Thanks,
