An Error has occurred in Internet Explorer

I have been seeing this error alot in the past 2 weeks on IE 5.5sp2 and IE 6sp1. Spyware was present but was removed as well as hijacks. I have seen this on 7 PCs so far. All Windows 2000 PCs. You can click links in IE and it will work just as long as you do not try to download anything or open a citrix session. Anyone seen this. I have a large fix for it, but takes to long that way crawling through the registry. Any help would be great.
