An easy way to enable F/P sharing for domain users

I want to enable File and Print Sharing for all windows XP and Windows 2000 workstations in one fell swoop using something like Group Policy or some other form of mass management for workstations. I have not been able to find a VBS script to do this and NETSET from the Win2K resource kit does not seem to do what I want. I am looking for another solution to enable this protocol domain wide.
