I want to start by saying that I am not nearly as experienced or knowledgeable as most of you on Nortel Norstar. Can someone walk me through this, please. We have the reception phone set to night ring when we want to (programmed button). Then it goes to AA. I need the incoming lines to ring in my office as well as the recptionist's office so I can answer the phone when the receptionist can't. I can't hear it ring. We both have identical phones (T7316). Can someone give me a clear easy to understand method to do this? Thanks.

what about fna for vm...recept needs to be 1 less than 2nd user or he/she will get all calls in his/her vmbox

ONLY 21 WEEKS TILL SKI SEASON STARTS

I try to avoid forward no answer for customers who want a line to ring on multiple phones, however, I don't think I have ever set the reception phone to forward no answer. I don't want the general mailbox to conflict with the AA. If you use the AA for backup and you use fna you want to make sure the AA is set for fewer rings than the mailboxes. If they are trying to answer calls live, this becomes somewhat impractical.
