An Access Report kills the "SPOOLSS.exe" file

I have written a report that generates this error message on our Server running NT 4.0 when I try and print to a network printer. The actual error messg is "Application error and an error log is being generated. "SPOOLSS.EXE" then it gives the exception: access violation and the memory address". I am running windows 2000 on my local system and I can run and print the report locally just fine. Thoughts?

Hi!

I've had similar problems, and got over it by quit using Norton Antivirus.

Thanks for the reply. I will check the Norton site. I think that we fixed it by upgrading to the current Jet Amin (4.0 sp6). The report seems to working without generating the error message.
