AMD Processor question

I have just upgraded to PS CS and while I have read that Adobe only guarantees the Intel processors for the Adobe products, is anyone using and AMD processor with it? If there are any problems, what are they?

On one PC I recently upgraded an Intel processor with a faster AMD and had no problems with PS5 or PS7.

For now I can only say "time will tell

Hi Laura,

I have run Adobe products on AMD procs for years and never experienced any problems.

When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.

Thank you so much for your answers! I have put a gig of ram on my AMD K7 1500+, so I should be okay. I have been told by several people on PS Yahoo forums that I am full of it because I said that Adobe only guarantees the Intel processors with their products. I told them to go to the Adobe forums and read it for themselves.

I will know soon as I am now running PS CS on this system.
