I have an FIC AN17 motherboard with a AMD Athlon XP 2000+ processor that runs at 1.67ghz. I have an Evercool fan that supports up to Amd athlon xp 2100+. Also using Arctic Silver 3 thermal grease. My system temperatures are 33*C(with one 80mm fan) will be gettin another one soon and my CPU goes up to 52-53*C under full load. Is this normal? wut should it be at. thanks for any help info

That's actually a low normal.
I have a 2000+ Retail heatsink and fan, and it runs at 59c to 65c.
Don't panic until it hits about 75c, and AMD states that it will probably fry at 85C, otherwise no worries. Cheers,
Jim

My cpu temperature is running at 38c (Athlon 2400+ retail heat sink & fan), motherboard temperature 33c (Asus A7V8X), case Antec SX835II Mid tower 8 Bay ATX 350W.

About right for max in a temperate to warmish climate, probably a few degrees warmer than I would expect here in the UK for a Palomino XP2.0+
My own Palomino XP 2.1+ is idling as we speak at 46C and goes just over 50C MAX.
Unclocked XP's tend to be quite stable untill the early to mid 60's C (lower if O'clocked)
Abeza's XP2.4+ would probably be a thoroughbred A, these actually run cooler than your XP2.0+ (due to the reduced size of the architecture)
But you are fine to leave it with the temps you have.
