AMC Reliability

It has been down since early this morning, anyone else having these problems?
 
MOL is down completely for me with a JS error when trying to login.

there is this on the login page...

The AMC service will be unavailable until 5:00 PM EST.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause


Think someone may have pressed the "don't press this button" button....

Please don't use reliability and AMC in the same sentence. It's NOT...
 
Its concerning that Mitel do not invest in its own business continuity/DR plans.

Especially since so many systems [especially in MCD 5.0] are reliant on a regular sync to it.
 
I think the AMC is quite reliable.

Downtime is to be expected, Mitel's record uptime is quite high IMO.

reliable does not = bulletproof
