Amanda workplace working on a MICs

we have a customer who is replacing a toshiba 280 with a mics and is trying to use the amanda workplace they have had for years . does anyone have experience with this and are there integration tables of some sort in the amanda system ?

Is it analog integration?

it was but we have been told we will need to use nortel vmi devices.

i got ahold of amanda tech support and they assisted with the config . it works fine just a little cumbersome with all the extra dialing . can not use the 98? vm codes .

Yes those codes can only be used with the Nortel Vmail. Oh well clad to here it's working.
