Amanda SOHO voice mail

does anyone know if this voice mail will state the date & time when the message received, right now its says yesterday or today ,can the date & time in the system be applied to the message box
found one cheat sheet which shows 1 to get message + 7+4 to play date & time of current message, but the lady says "that is a illegal number
