I use to work on G3R's in a large call center environment about 7 years ago. Getting back into Avaya switches and call centers. Are the vectoring/VDN's and basic commands all the same on the newer systems with Avaya? I'm hoping it will be a short ramp time to get up to speed. Please let me know if you have any comments or thoughts about old vs new. Thanks in advance.
