always go out of the screen edge

Every thing was fine before I change a new monitor. After that, no matter I open an software, when I maximum it, the application always go out of the screen edge. I have to move it back a little bit then I can see the "Maximum", the "Minimize" and the "close" button in the top right corn. It is not very convenient. Does anybody have any idea how I can make the "Maximum" button exactly fitting the edge of screen. Thanks.

Sounds like your resolution is set beyond what your monitor is capable of displaying. Try dropping it to 800x600 and see if that works ok.

Try adjusting your monitor settings, sounds like the focus is set to larger then the screen.
