Altiware Password Recovery Version 5.1.0.1446

I also need to recover the password for the Altiware Administrator due to an employee leaving and changing the passord. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you very much!

Hi DavidNC,

I believe this would require reinstalling Altiware to default the password.

I would recommend that this be performed by your AltiGen dealer as it requires manual backup / restore of configuration files as well as access to the dealer site to download unsupported installation files if needed.
