We recently switched systems to Altigen and I need assistance setting up the system so that caller ID name & number show on the phone (IP710) screen. I have the extensions set to show number & name, but only the number shows. We were able to see this info on our old system.

Altigen Caller ID with Name

Go to the extension configuration and in the lower right hand corner is Phone Display Option. There you can select what is displayed on Line 1 and Line 2 of the LCD display.
Be sure that your carrier is sending this information to you with each call and verify that the incoming trunks are configured correctly on how they receive Calling Party Number and Name. (For North America, the caller ID is FSK signal on analog trunks)
