Alternative VPT (Voice Provisioning Tool)

We where using VPT for managing the Callmanager. This is used by the supportdesk in our company. Now I heard that VPT is end-of-life. Does anybody know of an alternative to have a low-level management system with templates and user-rights. CCMAdmin is not suitable for these users, as they don have a very good understanding of the CallManager.
Sugestions???
 
Do you have MLA enabled on the CCM? If so, you should be able to create a unique login for your support desk that only gives them access to phone and user profiles.

There are other non-Cisco applications that do the same thing as VPT. However, it's been so long since we looked at them, I can't remember what they were called.
 
MLA is not really an option for us. Currently we are looking at BAT.
A salesman at Cisco said that Operations Manager is a substitute. But I can not find any thing about managing the CallManager in a different interface and with more advances user-rights.

Anyone know about a third-party solution, or about O.M.?
 
I did read this document earlier on the Cisco site. But I can not find anything about things you could do with VPT or CCMAdmin right now.
