Evening all,
I dont know if this is even possible but...
Is it possible to set up a call flow for an out of hours service that switches between two external numbers on alternate weeks?
For example, week 1 - call comes in, hits AA, caller selects out of hours option and it goes to number A (virtual ext set to forward to external mobile)
For example, week 2 - call comes in, hits AA, caller selects out of hours option and it goes to number B (virtual ext set to forward to external mobile)
For example, week 3 - call comes in, hits AA, caller selects out of hours option and it goes to number A (virtual ext set to forward to external mobile)
and so and an back an forth.
I cannot figure a way of automating this other than to have a lot of different time profiles configured.
